If you want to begin, deepen or refine your home practice; take a full class with hands-on assists and feedback from start to finish; learn more about a specific area of yoga, such as pranayama (breathwork), meditation, or philosophy; do deeply relaxing and restorative work alone or with a partner; or if you simply prefer to practice privately with a personalized practice in the comfort of your own home, private sessions are a perfect choice for you. Private sessions are available in your home or office and you are welcome to work alone or with a partner. Semi-private sessions with more than two people can also be arranged. If you have trouble fitting a yoga class into a busy work schedule, or if you wish you could do something at work to relax, relieve stress, clear your mind and stretch out your body, Yoga at Work might be a perfect choice for you. Gather a group of like-minded co-workers and find a little bit a space at the office and contact Autumn to set up your sessions. Pricing and payment options are available either individually or as a group, depending on what works best for your group. Don't let a lack of floor space stop you from practicing; classes can be adapted for sitting in chairs or standing!

Classes are appropriate for all levels and beginners are welcome unless otherwise noted. Please arrive on time for your class or private session and plan to stay for the entire period of time. Mats or blankets are provided for classes unless otherwise noted. Mats and props can be provided for private sessions, but students must bring their own mats for Yoga at Work. All classes open to the public are ongoing and drop-ins are welcome. Please arrive for your class or private lesson dressed in comfortable clothes prepared to move and with an empty stomach.
