Autumn teaches in a style that moves from pose to pose in a fluid vinyasa flow, mixing traditional yoga postures with conditioning movements and body awareness techniques, and with a strong focus on breath and energy flow. Her classes range from a very gentle slow flow to very vigorous, to classes done entirely seated in chairs. She takes into account the energy of the season and of the specific people in class. She has worked with all ages, shapes and sizes, all levels of ability and experience. She particularly enjoys working with people who are dealing with various challenges with their bodies, whether that means weight issues, eating disorders or body image issues, the emotional aftermath of an assault, or a disability. She encourages students to find the teacher within, and listen to the wisdom of their own bodies.

In addition to group classes, Autumn offers private sessions. If you want to begin, deepen or refine your home practice; take a full class with hands-on assists and feedback from start to finish; learn more about a specific area of yoga, such as pranayama (breathwork), meditation, or philosophy; do deeply relaxing and restorative work alone or with a partner; or if you simply prefer to practice privately, private sessions are a perfect choice for you. Private sessions are available in your home or office and you are welcome to work alone or with a partner. Semi-private sessions with more than two people can also be arranged. Autumn also offers opportunities to create sacred space and ritual around what is important in your life.
